IgnoreUnselected ( bool) – If True, do not affect the UV coordinates of UV Polygons, or UV Points (depending on the current mode) that are unselected in the Texture View.ĪutoSelectAll ( bool) – If True, automatically selects all UV Polygons, or UV Points (depending on the current mode). ![]() IgnoreHidden ( bool) – If True, do not affect the UV coordinates of UV Polygons or UV Points of hidden polygons. SetUVWFromTextureView ( self, uvw, ignoreHidden, ignoreUnselected, autoSelectAll, registerUndo = True ) ¶ SetUVW ( self, uvw ) ¶Īpplies changes of the UV set to the object. Polygon objects have editable UVs, object generators usually not. Must only be used in ViewportSelect.Ĭombined edge/point mode. ![]() Return typeĬombined poly/edge/point mode. Compared to Maya and Max, the UV workflow is a mess But, everything else in C4D is miles, MILES, more intuitive than Max and Maya. This process is literally a one button press in Maya, and is at least relatively self explanatory in 3DSMax. TempUVHandle.SetUVEdgeSelection(self, uvEdgeSelection) It a shame because Cinema4D is so intuitive for nearly every other task other than UV workflow.
